1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on the w55 platform. If duplicate accounts are identified, w55 reserves the right to close all accounts involved and forfeit any associated balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. You must keep this information updated throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the w55 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, and other mobile wallets as displayed on the payment page at the time of your transaction.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. w55 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, network issues, or bank-side delays outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification review before funds are released. You must use the same payment method for withdrawals as you used to deposit, wherever technically possible. w55 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may not be processed if there is an active bonus wagering requirement on the account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Sports Betting: Odds are set at the time of bet placement. For in-play (live) betting, odds update continuously and bets are accepted only when confirmed by the system. w55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error, technical fault, or corrupted data feed. Cricket matches, PSL games, T20 internationals, and all other sporting events are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

Casino and Slot Games: All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators operated by the game providers. w55 does not manipulate game outcomes. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited by w55. Where an account is closed at the player's own request with no outstanding breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Changes to These Terms
